Delivery, carrying in and assembly

We deliver ordered furniture throughout Poland and to selected countries abroad. We use both our own transport and trusted delivery partners to safely handle furniture of different sizes.

Key information

  • Prepaid delivery: free of charge throughout Poland.
  • Cash on delivery: an additional fee of 20 PLN applies.
  • Standard delivery: includes unloading packages from the vehicle at the kerbside.
  • Carrying in and assembly: available for every product as additional paid services.
  • Service prices: are displayed directly on the selected product page and depend on the model and its size.

How does delivery work?

The estimated lead time displayed on the product page applies to the selected piece of furniture. Once your order is complete, we begin arranging delivery.

1. Completing your order

Your order is handed over for delivery only when all of its items are ready and complete. This helps us avoid delivering an incomplete order.

2. Delivery planning

Once the furniture has been received by the transport provider, it can be scheduled for a delivery route.

3. Delivery date contact

We usually inform you about the proposed delivery date by SMS. If we do not receive a response, we will contact you by phone.

4. Delivery of your order

Once the date has been confirmed, your order is assigned to a delivery route and delivered at the agreed time.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery includes unloading your order from the vehicle at the kerbside. It does not include carrying packages into your house, apartment or a specified room.

Furniture is bulky, so before delivery we recommend arranging help with carrying it inside and checking the width of doors, corridors, staircases, lifts and other access routes.

Carrying in and assembly

You can choose additional carrying-in and assembly services for every product. The current price of these services is displayed on the selected product page before you add it to your cart.

  • Carrying in — bringing furniture packages into your house or apartment.
  • Assembly — assembling the furniture in the location indicated by the customer.

Before placing your order, please make sure that the furniture can be safely carried into the building and the chosen room.

International delivery

We also fulfil international orders. The price displayed during checkout includes the total cost of your purchase and delivery — no separate transport fee will be added later.
